Spring Practices

Tuesday, 5 to 6:30pm at JAE (recommended skills clinic)
Wednesday, 5 to 6:30pm at FJC (mandatory w/ trainer)
Thursday, 5 to 6:30pm at FJC (mandatory)
Coach D will be conducting a special Foot Skills Clinic each Tuesday (in coordination with Coach Rapheal, our Wednesday trainer). This is primarily intended for the newer players on the team who need extra help catching up with the more experienced players, but any player is encouraged to attend. Players will be led through a series of exercises which will build their core ball control skills. The clinic will include 3v3 small-sided games.
Each Wednesday, our players will be trained by Coach Rafael, an experienced coach and trainer who is also currently the head coach of the Briarcliff College soccer team. He will be implementing a training course designed to make our team more competitive and raise the level of each players individual skills.
Thursday practice is the weekly team practice where we will reenforce the week's training theme, plus prepare the players for Saturday's match. We will have a plan for each match. And each player will be individually instructed of the role they will be expected to play on Saturday.
